re-send it.

Price stated are the total No added charges at checkout. Products to the U.K are sent by Royal mail recorded delivery free.

Products posted out within 48 hrs. Then allow for delivery times 3-5 days in the U.K. outside the U.K can take up to 7-30 days.

There is a charge of £4.50 for next day U.K special delivery (not Saturdays). Use the button below to purchase next day delivery.

We must receive the order before 11am to process next day delivery.

The charge if you are outside the U.K and southern Ireland is £7.50 with insurance.

Return Policy

Cancellation of your order
If you want to return your order for any reason you can send it back to us for a refund within 7 working days of your purchase. Send the skin care or nutritional supplements products back in original package and not opened.
Any product returned UNOPENED we will happily refund you your money.
The cost of posting any products back to us is the responsibility of the buyer

Damaged Goods by the Post
If your package arrives damaged in any way please refuse to sign for it, Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged or leaking parcels. give it back to the postman So it will be returned to us (at no expense to you) immediately and we can rectify the problem.

If you open your parcel and then discover it is damaged please email us to let us know and we will authorise a return. Sent it back to us immediately after you receive authorization from us so we can receive the damaged product back have inspected it and send you a replacement. Buyer is responsible for sending back faulty items to us.

Faulty Products
We will not mend or replace customer damaged goods.
You must contact us by email before sending back faulty products.
When we receive the product back and it has been inspected and not broken by the buyer we will send a replacement out.

Buyer responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely for all returns.
We highly recommend that customers use an insured carrier to return the product i.e. Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Refunds will be made after return of the product using the same medium as used for the purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by an explanation/reason for return.
