For hypertrophic scars and keloids: Clean the skin, apply a small quantity of Silkses and massage onto the affected area. Eliminate excess. Apply twice a day. For Wounds: Without occlusion: Apply directly around the entire wound once or twice a day, covering it with a gauze. With occlusion: Apply Silkses on the wound, cover with a plastic film and hold with bandage or plaster. For Peelings and Laser Resurfacing: Apply immediately to the entire face after the procedure.
